Ray is executive director of Interfaith Business Builders, Inc., a Cincinnati faith-based organization developing employee-owned cooperative businesses. He brings with him entrepreneurial, business management and grantsmanship skills along with thirty-five years experience working with low income populations. He has an appreciation for the vital roles of both direct social service and self-empowerment programs.
